where donations go?

As a registered charity in Northwich, we are always keen to get involved with local initiatives. Sometimes we have to buy items in, but other times we try and use connections with local business we have fostered over the years.

The primary focus of NCS like most charities is to be sustainable. Of course we have running costs such as the van we use daily, or the premises we rent at Sure Store in Northwich. However, since we started, we wanted to put as much back into the Northwich community as possible. That is why we have been doing the Easter Egg donations and the family Christmas Hampers. Here are just a couple of pictures when our volunteers have been delivering.

We already have a good relationship with the Russet School Northwich, so when they asked us if we could help with a Sweet Kart for their children for the end of term, we were more than happy to help. As you might imagine there weren’t many (if any) sweets left at the end of term.

Thank you again to all our patrons who continue to use our NCS food hubs, as your donations then go on to help others by funding our running costs such as van and storage costs and insurances.
